By accessing or using thesplittclub.com (the "Site") or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use the Site.

You must be able to form a legally binding contract to use this Site — generally, this means being of legal age in your jurisdiction, or using the Site with a parent or guardian's involvement.

We do our best to display products, colors and pricing accurately, but we don't guarantee that descriptions or other content on the Site are error-free. Prices shown in currencies other than EUR are an approximate conversion for convenience — checkout is processed in EUR. We reserve the right to correct pricing or listing errors, limit quantities, and refuse or cancel any order, including after it has been placed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, which we may accept or decline. Payments are processed securely through our checkout provider — we don't store your full card details. You'll receive an email confirming your order once it's placed.

All designs, logos, graphics, text and other content on this Site are owned by The Splitt Club unless otherwise noted, and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of it without our written permission.

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Break any applicable law or regulation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account
• Scrape, harvest or misuse data from the Site
• Interfere with the Site's normal operation

The Site may link to or rely on third-party services (payment processing, order fulfillment, email/SMS marketing, social platforms). We're not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

The Site and its content are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Splitt Club isn't liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that can't be excluded under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect once posted on this page, with the "Last updated" date revised accordingly. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
