Shipping Policy

Every order is packed by hand by our small team. We ship as fast as we can, usually within 24-48 hours of an order being placed. During drops or restocks, processing can take slightly longer — we'll always get it out the door as quickly as possible.

• USA: 1-2 weeks
• Worldwide: 2-3 weeks

These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery times depend on your location, the carrier, and customs processing where applicable, and can vary during busy periods or public holidays.

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves us. If tracking hasn't updated in a while, sit tight — carrier scans can lag, especially on international routes. If you're genuinely worried, email us at thesplitclub@gmail.com and we'll look into it.

For orders shipped outside the seller's home country, your parcel may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the order or shipping total — we have no control over them and can't predict what they'll be.

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We ship to the address provided on the order, and we're not responsible for packages sent to an address entered incorrectly. If you spot a mistake, email us right away — if the order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to correct it.

If your order is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but never arrived, or appears lost in transit, contact us at thesplitclub@gmail.com and we'll work with you and the carrier to sort it out.
